Summary: ABSTRACT: A cross-sectional study was conducted to determine the workplace needs assessment characteristics among 100 FEU-NRMF employees as to demographic profile, health status and health interests of the workforce, worker morale, and workplace health and safety. It was found through the workplace needs assessment questionnaire that the needs were mostly health related rather than on the worker morale or on the workplace health and safety.
