ABSTRACT: Primary hypertensive intraparenchymal hemorrhage remains a significant cause of death and disability worldwide. The aim of this study is to correlate the morbidity and mortality outcome of patients with primary hypertensive intraparenchymal hemorrhage in relation to different clinical predictors.
