Summary: ABSTRACT: Primitive Neuroectodermal Tumor (PNET) is a soft sarcoma classically described under small round blue cell tumors (SRBCT). It has been classified as belonging to the Ewing family of sarcomas. Acute Biphenotypic Leukemia is also an uncommon disease that has been included.in the WHO classification of hematopoietic malignancies as acute leukaemia of ambiguous lineage. We are presented with a case of a 50- year old female, who was diagnosed with Primitive NeuroEctodermal Tumor with bone metastases on 2002 at East Avenue Medical Center. She underwent laminectomy, excision of the spinal tumor at level C5- C7 on that same year. She also underwent Cobalttherapy and daditherapy at JRRMC on 2003. She came in at our institution with a chief complaint of fever and was admitted last February 2003 due to anemia and body weakness after her 3rd cycle of radiotherapy, blood transfusion was done and was discharged, improved.
