Summary: ABSTRACT: We are presented with the case of J.R., a 29 years old, female, a diagnosed case of tumer syndrome who was admitted due to hypogastric pain which started 2 weeks prior to admission accompanied by dysuria. Patient also notied neck stiffness. Persistent with onset of weakness and numbness of her extremities now accompanied with generalized body weakness was brought to FEU hospital and was subsequently admitted. Cervical MRI was done and revealed: Abnormal enhancing skull base lesion with involvement of upper four cervical vertebrae may ralate to a neoplastic lesion (NPCA or skull based metastasis). Nasopharyngeal mass was biopsied and revealed an atypical lymphoproliferative process, favoring lymphoma. Turner syndrome is a genetic disorder that affects a girl`s development it encompasses several conditions, of which monosomy X is the most common. Cancers that affect the lymphoid system are generally called lymphomas; the cells in the lymph nodes uncontroollaby, which results in the growth of cancer mass.
