ABSTRACT: Dyslipidemia is recognized as major modifiable risk factor that accounts for >20% of developing coronary heart disease. The efficacy of medical management alone remain controversial because of different factors influencing the treatment. This research aim to determine issues affecting therapy among patients with disorders of lipoprotein metabolism.
