This study aims to determine the significant of Annatto crude extract in lipid levels. To exemplify different lipid levels, Annatto crude extract was administered to 35 male rabbits, 3-4 months of age with minimum weights of 500 grams each. These test subjects were randomly assigned to 5 groups, 7 rabbits each. Different concentrations of Annatto crude, aqueous extract were allocated to each group: control (0%), 10%, 25%, 50% and 75%. Anova, t-test and Kruskal-Wallis test for difference were the statistical tools used to analyze the data. Data showed that all these concentration had significantly lowered the cholesterol, triglycerides and LDL levels and slightly increase HDL levels. Among concentrations 50% proved to be the highest and most significant in decreasing different levels of lipids.
