Summary: ABSTRACT: Gastric Adenocarcinomais usually seen in late stages of life and is not commonly seen to manifest at an early age. We are presenting a case of a 9 y/o female who presented with vomiting of solid and liquid food, Whole abdominal CT scan was done, which revealed a new growth mass in the gastroesophageal junction with a non-specific enhancing hepatic nodule. Exploratory Laparotomy and biopsy of the liver mass was done and histopathologicexamination revealed Adenocarcinoma, metastatic. The diagnosis of gastric adenocarcinoma was made through histologic and radiologic findings.
