Dissertation note: Medicine Research project Summary: The aim of this case report is to discuss peripartum cardiomyopathy, urinary tract infection and nephrolithiasis on its incidence, etiology, diagnosis during 2nd - 3rd trimester of pregnancy and current management. This is a 21 year-old, Gravida 2 Para 2 (1101) Pregnancy Uterine 34 weeks and 2 days, In Preterm Labor, with complicated Urinary Tract Infection admitted at our institution due to Right Fkank Pain. Urinary tract infection was diagnosed with the urinalysis result of Pyuria with 50-60 pus cells/hpf. Whole abdominal ultrasound revealed an incidental finding of pelvocaliectasia and nephrolithiasis, right. The consideration of Peripartum Cardiomyopathy arise when the paint experience difficulty of breathing with a result in 2D-echocardiography of Ejection Fraction of 47% and Fractional Shortening of 24%, respectively.
