ABSTRACT: This is a case of N.U., 49 years old male, with unilateral nasal congestion on the right. The patient was initially diagnosed with intranasal mass, right. Tissue biopsy of the nasal mass was done with different readings, one consistent with inflammatory nasal polpy with squamous metaplasia, and granulation tissue with eosinophilia on the other.
