ABSTRACT: This study drew the profile the student-respondents in terms of age and gender. It also attempted to rate the effectiveness of team teaching as an instructional strategy based on student`s learning, acquisition of skills, personality development and expansion of areas of learning. Team teaching, as an instructional strategy, is perceived to be effective based on the following evaluative criteria: expansion of areas of learning, whereby, team teaching allows the students to have a clear picture of the subject matter at the same time deepen and broaden their understanding; immediacy of feedback on students learning, where team teaching allows immediate evaluation of students learning, a condition considered helpful in early detection of learning deficiencies that needs to be supplemented; acquisition of skills, whereby under instructional strategy provides innovative teaching styles that addresses the individually different learning styles of the students and, it also facilitates student`s personality development, particularly in being open-minded to different views.
