Summary: Abstract: This study aims to determine the Effectivity of Nursing Care rendered by staff nurses in Quezon City. We wish to impart to the nursing staff of FEU-NRMF Medical Center their efficiency in giving service to their patients. The study focuses on the nursing care rendered by the FEU-NRMF nursing staff in terms of their cognitive, effective and psychomotor aspects. The element of distinction in any trade is that it possesses a body of knowledge wherein it is continuously improved for its purpose. Throughout time, a nurse brings about not only knowledge and specialization but also awareness of the factor involved in meeting the expectations of society in her profession. Our study is also designated to protect the rights of our subject to confidentially regarding their perception in meeting their needs for efficient service, improvement for nursing services and lastly, for the betterment of the institution itself so that it may continue to provide efficient service to the people.
