Summary: ABSTRACT: The focus of the study was to identify the effectiveness of Nursing care Plan as Perceived by the Patient and Staff nurses. The study was conducted at FEU-NRMF Medical Center with the permission from the Director of the Hospital, Chief Nurse, Director of the School of Nursing, Research Coordinator and Research Adviser. The researcher followed a conceptual framework that served as their guide during the process of their study. Patients as the recipient of the services of the Nurses and the Staff Nurses who constructs and implement the Nursing Care Plan were the subject of the survey. The researcher distributed the questionnaires to the areas chosen in the study. Respondents were the service ward patients of Medical, Surgical, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Ears, Nose and Throat and Pediatrics Wards. Two sets of questionnaires, one for the patient and the other one for the staff Nurses.
