Summary: ABSTRACT: The use of demonstration as a teaching strategy is very much implemented by the second, third and fourth year level students as a means of preparation for the return demonstration in the said institution. The use of demonstration as a teaching strategy is an advantageous method in imparting knowledge to the students. First, thhe students are trained to be a better observant and gain concrete quality. Since demonstration does not only discuss rationales, it also shows the procedures(s). Another is that the said teaching strategy is adaptable to both group and individual teaching. Group teaching means that there is more than one instructor that shows and explains the procedure(s), which also applicable because in demonstration, manpower is a factor that makes it more effective and saves time. In Contrast to group teaching, individual teaching, on the other hand, is time consuming; nonetheless, it is still effectiive as well. Even the use of demonstration has its disadvantage-time consuming! This study encompassed the perception of both the students and clinical instructors regarding the use of demonstration as a teaching strategy in the development of the skills and understanding of the students of the said institution.
