ABSTRACT: The focus of the study was to assess the factors affecting the quality of the clinical exposure of the third year nursing students. The study was conducted at Far Eastern University - Dr. Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation School of nursing with the permission of the Directress of the School of Nursing, Research Coordinator and Research Adviser. The researchers conducted a conceptual framework that serves to be their guide during the process of their study. The third year nursing students as the respondents were the subject during the conduction of the survey. The researchers distributed the questionnaires. The instrument used by the researcher in collecting data is the formulated questionnaire. The researcher did accomplish the retrieval of the finished documents and they tallied, analyzed and interpreted the collected data using appropriate statistical and sought assistance of a statistician for validation of data. The researchers tallied variable, computed for the percentage and weighted mean of the respondents after gathering all answered questionnaires. The questionnaires were evaluated according to the Likert Scale.
