Summary: ABSTRACT: Administering drug safety is one of the most important duties of a nurse in their practice. This can be done properly when a nurse follows the Ten Golden Rules of Administering Drug Safely. A nurse must be competent and should not be careless in everything that they do because the patient`s health depends on them. A patients perception on the performance of the nurse also matters because it provides the nurse with a goal that there are no limitations in giving the patients the highest possible quality care they can give to satiisfy the patients. The study aims to determine the perception of patients and the self evaluation of the in the medical and pediatric wards of Novaliches District Hospital on the implementation of the Ten Golden Rules of Administering Drug Safely.
