Summary: ABSTRAC Today, many nursing graduates struggle to get for a job. It is because of the oversupply of the nurses in the philippines. Nurses are very essential aspect of the patient's care but because of the huge number of graduate nurses, the potential of hiring them in the other nursing related companies tend to decrease. The supply is more than the demand. Problem in unemployment arises and greatly affects the lives of the nursing employees because there is a great competition among the graduates. Some of the agencies abused and pay the nurses lower wages that they don't deserve.
