ABSTRACT: This experimental study aims to compare the effectiveness of DeLorme versus Daily Adjustable Progressive Resistive Exercise in strengthening Biceps Brachii muscle for a period of 6 weeks. Subjects will be taken from the randomly selected male population of 4thh PT students of FEU-NRMF of School-Year 2001-2002. Subjects are divided into two groups through a random sampling technique, DeLorme for group A and DAPRE for group B. Before undergoing the said regimens, the non-dominant Biceps Brahii of all subjects will be measured first which will serve as the basis for the succeeding data gathered. Each group will perform an isotonic exercise based on the specific principle of each regimen. After six weeks of the experiment, subjects will be re-evaluated to determine any changes that have occurred on the subjects strength, bulk and skin fat on the tested limb.
