ABSTRACT: Obesity has now become one of the most health problems in most countries of the world. Obesity also puts some individuals at high risk to other chronic health conditions such as hypertension, Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, and malignancies. Hence, a person`s nutritional status carries such an impact on his predisposition to certain chronic health conditions, which could materialize after 10 to 30 years.
