Summary: ABSTRACT: With the high cost of conventional medicine in the treatment of diabetes, researchers constantly look for an alternative therapy. One such alternative is through herbal medicine. Significance write-ups were found by the researchers stating that the extract from the flowers of Musa Paradisiaca can be used as hypoglycemic agent. Previous study the researchers of the study aims to prove this claim whether this plant would really lower down the blood glucose level. The research was conducted by using extracts from cooked and uncooked banana flowers.
