Online resources: Summary: The researchers utilized a descriptive-correlation method since the researchers are determined to identify the relationship between caring qualities and birth order of nurses of Far Eastern University - Dr. Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation Medical Center which focused on the present day situation. The researchers asked for permission from the hospital officials and validation from three professors. They made and utilized a modified questionnaire based on Adler`s theory of birth order and caring qualities and Watson`s theory of caring. They were given wards 4B,4C, and 5B by the chief nurse to conduct the survey. They have two respondents; 25 nurses and 75 patients. They answered a series of questions which was later tallied and treated with the help of the group`s statistician. In the demographic profile of the registered -nurse respondents of this study.
