ABSTRACT: In lieu of the vision of FEU-NRMF Medical Center's aspiration to attain Philhealth-Center of Excellence, third year medical students from section B and C conducted a document review of the existing policies and exhibits of the FEU-NRMF Medical Center in-Line with the requirements of the PhilHealth benchbook manual. The focus was limited to seven key areas: (1) Patient's Rights and Organizational Ethics; (2) Patients' Care; (3) Information Management; (4) Human Resource Management; (5) Leadership and Management; (6) Safe Practice and Environment; and (7) Improving performance. Policy and document reviews, observations and interviews were done based on the standards set by the PhilHealthBencbook. The area of Human Resource Management obtained the greatest compliance for existing Hospital Policies (100%) while the area of Leadership and Management was the least compliant (0.0%). For thereview of existing Hospital Documents, the area of Human Resource Management was the most compliant (87.50%) while the area of Safe Practice and Environment was least compliant (16.118%). Over all, Human Resource Management had the greatest compliance of 88.89% of existing Policies and Documents. The area of Safe Practice and Environment was the least compliant of 11.21%. Furthermore, the FEU-NRMF Medical Center complied with 46.63% of the total requirements set in the PhilHealth Benchbookk manual, with a compliance of 35.60% in the total policies and 56.67% in the total documents and exhibits,
