Summary: Abstract: This study compares the morphology of the cells such as red blood cell, white blood cell and platelet using a centrifuged and an uncentrifuged blood smear. The comparison shows that the uncentrifuged blood smear gives 100% normal results and very reliable in identifying the cells.
