Summary: Abstract: The FEU-NRMF as one of the top medical institutions in Asia does not only cater to academics but also to the total development of its students through the student services they offer. A study on the services that are supportive of the student's physical, mental, social and psychological well-being is done to assess the awareness, utilization and satisfaction on student services. Therefore, this research will provide information on the needs of the students and basis for the improvement of the student services. A questionnaire was distributed to 2nd, 3rd and 4th year Medical Technology students enrolled in the First Semester of the School Year 2012-2013. Out of 477 respondents, majority of them consisted of second year students (47%), followed by third year students (35%) and lastly by the fourth year students (18%). There were 477 respondents from the Medical Laboratory Science (47% are second year students, 35% are third year and 18% are fourth year) who participated in the survey on their awareness, utilization and satisfaction rate regarding the University's student services, namely The Medical Library, Cybermed, Health and Hospitalization, Guidance and Counseling, Security, Student Housing, Food Services, Financial Aid, Religious Services and Recreational Services. These respondents were asked to answer the forms as honestly and as completely as possible. Results of the survey reveal that 96% of the students were aware of the services offered by the school during the Orientation conducted every start of the school year. In addition they are most satisfied with the Guidance and Counseling services, and dissatisfied on Food Services offered by the school. The most availed service in medical library is the reference section, internet service for Cybermed, orientation service for Guidance and Counseling and consultation and treatment for Health and Hospitalization. The least availed service in Medical Library is the electronic cataloging, typing for Cybermed, placement and referral service for Guidance and Counseling, and special laboratory exam for Health and Hospitalization.
