ABSTRACT:
As the focus on having a respectable profession and the importance of security and stable income intensifies within an individual, an understanding on how to harness these two trends is increasingly important. This study examines how being in a nursing field has a competitive advantage and at the same time, a way where opportunities to move forward could be endless.
The employability profile of the graduates of Bachelor of Science in Nursing of Far Eastern University - Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation are determined and classified accordingly. The purpose of this study is to gain an in depth understanding of the variables that can be attributed to the employability of the respondents. Hence, the moderating variables identified in this research are the respondents profile, employment status employability profile, future career plans and employment rate per batch of the nursing graduates from batch 2010 to the year 2012.
