Summary: ABSTRACT 1: Wireless Fidelity, more popular known as Wi-Fi has revolutionized how we live today. It has emerged as one of the most widely - used technologies as an aid in school-related undertakings. This is a descriptive study assessing the level of awareness on Wi-Fi and its acceptability among FEU-NRMF students. A survey was conducted on 410 students, each chosen randomly from the four courses offered by the university namely medicine, physical therapy, nursing and medical technology. 78 % were found to be knowledgeable of wireless networking. Recognizable benefits of having wireless networking in our institute were determined to be 81.9% for easier access, 66% for convenience, 62% for time-saving, and 58% for unlimited surfing. Results obtained showed a 98.7% response in favor of availing the wireless internet connection in our institution. ABSTRACT 2: A quasi experimental study was used to analyze three hundred seventy three sample population of FEU-NRMF students who were selected randomly to take the awareness test. Out of the 373,276 have increased their intellectual awareness on WIFI and 97 have not. Thus, the action group has reached their target of 186 (150%) sample population increase level of intellectual awareness.
