Summary: Abstract: The COVID-19 pandemic has forced schools and universities to shift from the traditional face-to-face learning to an online learning system despite lack of time to prepare for the new mode of teaching. Several problems were experienced both by the students and lecturers although different efforts were made by the educational system to ensure continuance of education. The study is conducted to determine the satisfaction of FEU-NRMF medical students in the current online learning system particularly in 1) the provided learning materials, 2) schedule of activities, 3) examinations, 4) conducted laboratory and skills/SGD sessions, and 5) the MOODLE-Learning Management System Platform in online learning. This is a descriptive cross-sectional study using a 21-item 5-point Likert-type scale measurement assessing students' satisfaction. A total of 191 students participated in the study, consisting of first to third year medical students at FEU-NRMF. Majority of the students are satisfied with the uploaded recorded lecture videos/materials (n=104), set schedule of examinations (n=86), and provision of timer/countdown i the exam page (n=94). Regarding the conduct of laboratory and skills/SGD session, the highest number of students were neither satisfied nor dissatisfied particularly in adjustments made in conducting online laboratory classes (n=79) and interaction between students and laboratory protocols (n=79)noted to be the two most important contributory factors (n=79). Interestingly, nearly half of the respondents (42.66%) were satisfied with all the components of the MOODLE-Learning Management System. The result of this study showed that the 1st year to 3rd year medical students of FEU-NRMF have moderate satisfaction in the quality of education provided by the university as regard to the provided online learning materials, examinations, conducted laboratory classes and skills/SGD sessions, and use of MOODLE-Learning management system.
