Summary: Abstract: The study utilized 150 1st year medical students out of 250 students of FEU-NRMF. The objective was to determine the depression level of 1st year medical students of FEU-NRMF. In gathering all the data, the researchers used the convenience-sampling technique. The researchers determined the depression level of first year medical students based on the Beck Depression Inventory test. Since the researchers are only concern with the depression level of the respondents, results interpretation would only be limited to the level of depression and not to the parameters of depression. The scores for each section of 1st year medical students were computed. Results revealed that first year medical students of FEU-NRMF. level of depression is from mild-moderate.
