Summary: Abstract: This study aims to provide the FEU-NRMF School of Physical Therapy an assessment of Marikina Orthopedic Specialty Center's (M.O.S.C.) clinical internship program using the Center Evaluation forms from the interns of Batch 2012- 2014 which will determine the quality of clinical training for the interns of Far Eastern University - Dr. Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation (FEU-NRMF). In this way, the School of Physical Therapy will have an objective basis whether to continue its affiliation with M.O.S.C. for the incoming interns of Physical Therapy Batch 2015. The aim of this study is to provide an objective recommendation as to facility, training program and supervision whether the Marikina Orthopedic Specialty Center provides an adequate clinical internship program and training of the Far Eastern University - Dr. Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation's Physical Therapy interns in becoming knowledgeable, competent and skilful Physical Therapists by conducting a summary of Center Evaluation forms of the interns who were rotated in Marikina Orthopedic Specialty Center Batch 2012-2014. This research is a descriptive study that utilized content analysis method, was adopted because the focus of the study is the evaluation of intern's clinical internship experience at M.O.S.C. to conduct this study the researchers gathered the evaluation forms filled up by the interns rotated at M.O.S.C. from the Batches 2012-2014. Data demonstrated that majority of the students have a favorable marks in M.O.S.C. in the aspect of Training Program and Supervision in terms of staff's professionalism; non-favorable marks in the aspect of Facility, Supervision in terms of staff's treatment with the interns and Recommendation. By means of this conclusion we suggest FEU-NRMF to take back their affiliation with M.O.S.C. as our study found out that this center is not beneficial to their interns and forthcoming interns.
