Summary: Abstract: The Nutrition Care Process consisted of four interrelated steps to provide a high quality individualized nutrition care for patients/clients. The four steps included a) Nutrition Assessment; b) Nutrition Diagnosis; c) Nutrition Intervention; d) Nutrition Monitoring and Evaluation. Studies showed that using NCP resulted in a more effective and efficient way for patient care. The study used a Descriptive Study research method. 24 Level 2 and above hospitals around Quezon City area were purposely selected as respondents of the study. The instrument used was a survey questionnaire. The respondents were requested to participate in the study ahead of time. However, some of them declined the request and took so long to respond upon request for the research. Only two hospitals granted the request and answered the survey questionnaire; the hospitals adopts NCP while the other hospital doesn't use NCP. The results needed more validation to check the accuracy of the research since there was limited time to process the collection of data and gathered data was insufficient. Based on the result of Pearson Chi-Square test, the level of significance for each aspect has no difference sine the p-value of each aspect has a higher value of 0.05.
