Hospitals face legal implications either through malpractice or administrative related complaints, but only a few recognize the importance of the latter. This research therefore focuses on laws related to the administrative policies of the hospital, with particular attention to the following laws, RA 8344 (Anti-Deposit Act), RA 9994 (Senior Citizens' Act) and RA 6675 (Genetics Act). Knowledge on these laws could help lower the incidence of litigations against the hospital and prevent administration complaints from turning into lawsuits. Using a 25-item questionnaire, chief residents, medical and non-medical staff were tested on their knowledge of the said laws.
