ABSTRACT: Benefits are accorded to every employee and all employers willingly give these benefits to their employees. However, these benefits vary depending on the kind of employer they have. For this study, the researchers have selected four hospitals namely, Amang Rodriguez Medical Center, East Avenue Medical Center, St. Lukes Medical Center and Far Eastern University - Dr. Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation. The first two are the selected government hospitals and the latter two are the selected private hospitals. The study showed that there are more private hospital nurse-respondents who receive the selected benefits included in this study but the government hospital nurse-respondents are more satisfied with the selected benefits.
