Summary: ABSTRACT: The focus of the study is to determine the influence of electronic gadgets on the academic performance of the first year nursing students of Far Eastern University-Dr. Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation. The study made was of the descriptive method of research that describes what the study is all about. It is concerned with the conditions of the relationships that exist, practices that prevail, and the process that is being felt and the trend that is developing. It describes the data and characteristics about the population under study. The respondents of the study are 210 First Year Nursing Students of FEU-NRMF. They all have electronic gadgets that they use during class hours. the researchers secured permission from the Director of Nursing to administer the instrument and retrieve then. The data results were then tallies. Frequency counts were made and then statistically treated using weighted men and percentage formula for analysis and interpretation.
