Abstract: There has been no study regarding the embodiment of core values in our institution, that led us to conduct a study of determining the embodiment of FEU-NRMF core values among its medical students. A sample of 395 medical students, currently enrolled in FEU-NRMF Institute of Medicine, S.Y. 2018-2019 are selected using multistage sampling. A validated self-administered questionnaire was used to evaluate the core values among medical students. The data acquired are interpreted as follows, the Pre-Test evaluation, mean score of Excellence In Lieu of Education is 4.35, it is interpreted as very high. While the core value Universality under Research with a mean score of 4.32 is interpreted as very high. Furthermore, during the Post-Test, the core values Fidelity Excellence, Universality, Nationalism, Responsibility, Morally Upright and Family Oriented, obtained a mean score that is interpreted as very high in the field of training, Education and Research. The introduction of the core values of the Foundation was done by video presentation, brochure and bookmark distribution, was found to be effective, as shown by the increase of 40% which means, there is increasing embodiment of core values among medical students demonstrated by positive correlation of the pre-test and post-test administered. Thus, we concluded that the embodiment of core values of medical students in FEU-NRMF increased, after our action programs that highlights the institution's core values. We recommend that the Committee in charge to examine the effectiveness of existing educational programs and how they can be enhanced and more focused in promoting the core values of the school. It is also advised for the future researchers, to take note which among the participants were already studying from the Institution since they were in college in comparison to the results of those who only studied there in their postgraduate degree. We advise to evaluate the educators, to make it a point to incorporate these values in their teaching methods. It would be helpful to have more TV displays of the promotional video and tarpaulins erected in different areas especially in the lobby, library and cafeteria. It is also advantageous to extend the program to a much longer period. And lastly, it is recommended that promotional videos such as this should include notable alumni who have been successful in living out the values of the institution.
