STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM:
Many people suffer from poor posture and as a result incur many health complications. One occupation in particular that this thesis aims to address is that of the call center agent. This thesis paper is concerned in correcting the posture of call center agents and determining if postural straps are an effective tool for such correction. Factors such as age, sex, and years working as a call center agent will be taken into consideration.
