Summary: ABSTRACT: This project aimed to lessen intrasectoral incoordination among nurses in the service wards (4B, 4C, 5A, And 5b) of th FEU-NRMF Medical center from 50% to 25%. The group collected data from the nursing Department regarding patient complaints. Endorsement procedures were systematized and organized through provision of file organizers. These nurses were evaluated through surveys which were handed out to the patients of these wards from February 03, 2006 to February 27, 2006. Endorsement evaluation scores showed reduction from 50% to 20%, which exceeded the group's initial goals set at the project's outset.
