Summary: Abstract: "Bawal na Gamot, Sa Pook ay Salot: Oplan Pagbubuklod III" is an action program with emphasis in core group formation of Area 4 and the training of these core groups with the necessary knowledge and skills for effective information dissemination against drug abuse. A youth assembly was held last April 27, 1994 and a total of 18 participants from Area 4 attended. A Drug Awareness Lecture was held ar the Day Care Center Area 1 last April 30, 1994 attended by 19 participants (10 from area 4, 9 from area 3): Communications Skills seminar was held at May 4, 1994 with 10 attendees, all from Area 4; a Leadership Training Seminar was held with 18 attendees (8 from Area 1, 3 from Area 3 and 8 from Area 4). Results from the pre-test and post-test scores reveal a significant change. The number of trained leaders in Drug Awareness is 57 % from 43 % : in Communication Skills from 22 % to 30 % and in Leadership Training Seminar is 23 %.
