ABSTRACT: The falcine sinus is an abnormal anatomic structure located in the falx cerebri that is closed after birth and is rarely observed in the adult population. We presented a case of persistent falcine sinus in a 32-year-old woman presented with recurrent persistent headache, which was not relieved by medications.
