Summary: Abstract: Patient satisfaction is a key component of healthcare quality. It is an accepted instrument that serves as an indicator of behaviors related to communication and health. Patient satisfaction will be measured and evaluated in this analysis to determine whether the expectations, goals or desires of patients about treatment management, interpersonal relationships and the overall experience of community pharmacy services have been achieved during COVID-19 pandemic. The patient satisfaction survey will be conducted using a convenience sampling method and employed through the use of internet via social media platforms.
