ABSTRACT: The effects of bicep curls with iso-hold and isotonic exercise on increasing muscle bulk and strength was measured and compared to isotonic exercise in a span of 6 weeks. This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of Biceps curls with iso-hold as compared to biceps curls alone in increasing muscle strength and bulk of Biceps Brachii muscle. This study is a True Experimental study that selects all the qualified subjects through survey, and uses random sampling method to divide all subjects in to two; group 1 received Biceps curls with iso-hold and group 2 received Biceps curls alone.
