Summary: ABSTRACT: Patients with hamstring tightness may demonstrate functional limitations. In this Experimental Study, the researchers described the assessment of a patient with hamstring muscle tightness and a conventional plan of care along with a novel myofascial release technique (MFR). The researchers feel the additional MFR intervention was instrumental in achieving a rapid increase in range of motion rather than the more traditional interventions that are reported in the literature.
