ABSTRACT: Adherence to aerobic exercise may vary from person to person. Regular aerobic exercise program have been reported to cause blood pressure reduction in people with hypertension, but no studies yet that addresses Filipino Hypertensive, 18 year old and above with regards to their views on aerobic exercise for blood pressure improvement. This study aimed to determine the adherence of patients with hypertension to aerobic exercise from Outpatient department of FEU-NRMF medical center.
