ABSTRACT: Computed tomography (CT) scan is widely used as a screening test in patients with mild head injury, although the results are often normal, some presented with positive findings even with normal neurologic examination that would require hospitalization and neurologic follow-up. The aim of this study is to develop and validate all patients with reported head injury to undergo CT scan.
