Summary: An Information Education Campaign Program about the effects of overpopulation and the Reproductive Health Act of 2004 and measure the change in regards to the health beliefs of the respondents after the seminar. A Pre and Post test Reproductive Health Act Questionnaires were given to randomly selected respondents and was subsequently analyzed using McNemar`s test to detect changes in health beliefs. Results indicate that there are significant changes in domains Perceived Benefits of and Perceived Barriers to Reproductive Health Act of 2004, and Perceived Susceptibility to and Seriouness of Overpopulation. Most of these changes in health beliefs were geared toward the category indicating disagreement in regards to Perceived Benefits on Reproductive Health Act of 2004 and Perceived Seriouness of Overpopulation, and agreement on domains Perceived Barriers to Reproductive Health Act of 2004 and Perceived Susceptibility to Overpopulation.
