Abstract: This study assessed the level of awareness, attitudes and perceptions of adult Filipino residents in Quezon City towards the COVID-19 vaccination. With a total of 100 respondents, a descriptive-quantitative research design, along with the non-probability snowball sampling technique, was utilized in this study. The findings had shown that most of the respondents possess a high level of awareness in terms of the types of COVID-19 vaccines. Moreover, it was found that most of the respondents have positive attitudes and perceptions towards the COVID-19 vaccination. Given these findings, this study constructed an infographic poster as an output.
