Summary: Abstract: The purpose of this study is to compare the burnout in traditional and online learning among the third-year nursing students of Far Eastern University- Dr. Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation. This study used Comparative Analysis to compare the degrees of Burnout between traditional learning and online learning. The data were gathered online using the "Copenhagen Burnout Inventory Student Version (CBI-S)" by Juliana Alvares Duarte Bonini Campos, Mary Sandra Carlotto; João Marôco. Mean and Median scores were used in measuring the degree of burnout for each category. Frequencies and percentages were used for the distribution of students in different levels of burnout. Paired t-tests were used to measure the differences in mean scores between online and traditional learning The findings show that the third-year nursing students showed high degree of studies-related burnout in both types of learning compared to the other categories. Overall, third year nursing students have a higher degree of burnout on online learning than traditional learning. The study also revealed that the hypothesis of the study is rejected and it shows that there is no significant difference in the degree of burnout between online and traditional learning.
