After which, the parents were then subjected to health education intervention, including a lecture on diarrhea with the use of poster, flip charts, distribution of pamphlets and leaflets, and a demonstration on the proper preparation of oral rehydration solution. After the lecture-demonstration class, a post-test consisting of the same set of questions was given to the same geoup of parents for reassessment and evaluation.
