Summary: ABSTRACT: A descriptive type of study was conducted to determine the organizational culture of medical and non-medical personnel of FEU-NRMF Institute of Medicine using the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument of developed by Cameron and Quinn (1999). There were 267 medical and non-medical personnel of FEU-NRMF IM. Out of the 267, a total of 164 personnel responded to the questionnaire given. Total enumeration was used in the selection of subjects and analysis is by determination of means. The dominant cultural characteristic of FEU-NRMF IM shows that this institution is a very personal place, where people seem to share and give a lot of themselves. As to leadership, the dominant characteristic is mentoring, facilitating or nurturing. In the management of employees, teamwork, consensus and participation predominate. The organizational glue shows that there is loyalty, mutual trust, and high commitment to the organization. The criteria for success involve the development of human resources, teamwork, employee commitment and concern for people. The strategic emphasis is that of an organization where permanence and stability gives importance to efficiency, control, and smooth operation. All of the characteristics fall in the clan culture, except for the strategic emphasis which falls under the hierarchal culture. It is recommended that future studies be conducted comparing the organizational culture of the different medical schools in the Philippines, as well as studies, determining the culture of FEU-NRMF medical students. A study comparing the culture of FEU-NRMF medical students with the culture of medical students of other medical schools in country is also recommended.
