Summary: Abstract: To determine the attitude of 2nd year medicine students towards blended learning. A descriptive cross-sectional design was conducted among 203 randomly selected second year medical students of FEU-NRMF taking the 2nd semester of Academic Year 2020-2021. The tool utilized in this research was a 20-item questionnaire consisting of questions related to a student's attitude towards the shift to blended learning. The data collected were sex (male or female), semestral units (33 or 34.5), and the attitude of the students toward blended learning (positive, neutral or negative). A total of 203 valid responses were obtained which represented more than 50% of enrolled 2nd year medical students (429). Among the participants, 53 (26%) and 150 (74%) were male and female, respectively. 103 (51%) participants are those with 33 units while 100 (49%) are those with 34.5 units. Moreover, the overall results for the attitude of second year students in blended learning yielded an average of 46.842. Blended learning is currently being implemented to allow for a more flexible learning system during this Covid-19 pandemic. Given that this learning system is still new to students, there comes with different attitudes towards this shift to blended learning. Based on the research results and discussion, it was found that the overall attitude of second year medical students towards the shift to blended learning falls under a negative attitude.
