Summary: ABSTRACT: The nature of work at this time in the realm of clinical instruction is changing at a hasty speed. Now more than ever, work-related stress poses a threat to the health of workers including clinical instructors. With this in mind, this study aims to determine the common causes of work-related stress encountered by the clinical instructors of FEU-NRMF and also to identify their coping mechanisms. This study was conducted at Far Eastern University-Dr. Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation, Institute of Medicine wherein clinical instructors teaching at the second, third and fourth year level were purposively selected as respondents. This study made use of the descriptive research design in ascertaining the relationship between the stressors and the coping mechanisms of clinical instructors. Non-probability sampling, specifically the convenience sampling, was used wherein there is no assurance that every member of the population can be included in the sample. The researchers limited the sample to 30 respondents only. The research instrument used is a survey questionnaire. Data were gathered, analyzed and interpreted subsequently conclusions and recommendations were made.
