Summary: Abstract: This project aimed to decrease the number of complaints regarding nurses` rude attitudes toward patients from 10.3% to 0%. The group collected data from the Nursing Department regarding complaints. Unfriendly, uncaring, and indolent nurses were addressed through positive motivation of nurses by awarding the Most Caring, Most Friendly and Most Diligent Nurses for each stations in the service ward (4A, 4B, 5A, 5C). Customer Service Feedback forms were collected and showed no complaints regarding nurses` attitudes from February 16, March 5, 2005.
